The STL – Shine the Light Internationalteam was called to Indonesia (the southern tip of the Asia continent), in 2003. They are now located on the island of Java in the state of Banten. Indonesia is the most populous Muslim country in the world with 17,000 plus islands and 800 different languages. They previously lived on Bali and Timor Islands where they planted a church and various different outreach ministries over their 22 years together in Indonesia. Their base of ministry is now on Java Island which is the world’s most populated Island with over 150 million people. The team is focusing on evangelism and discipleship through an overseas Chinese Christian school with over 12,000 students. The Lord is doing mighty things right now in and through this ministry to transform lives daily through the power of the Gospel and the love of Jesus Christ.
Prayer Request:
- That the Lord continue to bless and strengthen the entire STLI team in their walks with God and spiritual growth in Him
- For the anointing us His Holy Spirit to continue to be upon them in walking through all the open doors of evangelism leading souls into His kingdom and continue to shepherd all those He has entrusted in shining the light of His love and bearing fruit for His glory
- For Protection upon the entire STLI team both physically & spiritually and also for continued provision
