About Us
Felice
In 2005, Felice left her engineering position at Boeing in Los Angeles to answer the Lord’s call to serve at CCCM.
After a few years, it became evident that her administrative gifting and love for missions would best serve the 200+ missionaries sent out from CCCM. She provided the much-needed link between the far-away missionaries and home church.
Further, the door opened for her to oversee the translation of Pastor Chuck Smith’s Bible teaching materials and books into various languages.
Beginning in 2022, the Lord gave opportunity for Felice and her husband Ben to join Hand in Hand Ministry. They continued helping the missionaries concerning their administrative, spiritual and practical needs.
Today they have a vision to serve on a larger scale through Calvary M.
Mission
Calvary M is an endeavor to provide a central hub where missionaries can share about their work and ministry, and where they can connect with senders and ministry partners.
Our Beliefs
1. We believe that worship of God must be spiritual. Therefore: we remain flexible and we surrender ourselves to the Holy Spirit for the direction of our adoration.
2. We believe that worship of God must be intelligent. For that reason: we place a great emphasis on teaching the Word of God so that it teaches us how we should worship.
3.We believe that the Word of God is inerrant, that the Bible, old and new testament, is the inspired and infallible Word of God.
4. We believe in the One and Eternal God, existing from eternity in three different persons, each person being completely God and one in essence.
5. We believe that God is the personal, transcendental and sovereign creator of everything.
6. We believe that Yeshua the Messiah (Christ Jesus) is fully God and fully man, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, provided Himself as an atonement for the forgiveness of our sins through His vicarious death on the cross, was physically resurrected and He ascended back to the right hand of God the Father, and lives forever to intercede for us.
7. We Believe after Jesus ascended to Heaven, He poured out his Holy Spirit on the believers in Jerusalem, allowing them to fulfill His command to preach the Gospel, extending to all believers in Christ Jesus.
8. We believe that all people are by nature separated from God and are responsible for their own sins, however, that salvation, redemption and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah (Christ Jesus). When a person repents of sin and accepts Christ Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, trusting in Him for salvation, that person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy Spirit, all his sins are forgiven, and that person becomes a child of God, destined to spend eternity with the Lord.
9. We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the scriptures, and that they are valid today to be exercised within scriptural guidelines. We as believers should yearn for the best gifts, seeking to exercise them in love so that the whole Body of the Messiah may be edified. We believe that love is more important than the most spectacular gifts.
