Yosef (Yossi) Goldberg
Yossi pastors Calvary Chapel Haifa, locally known as “House of Hope Congregation”, which began several years ago as a Bible study in Haifa, then became a church plant, and is now a recognized church with the Calvary Chapel Association. They are a great group of people from various backgrounds, both Jew and Gentile, and are presently studying through Genesis. Yossi is also a licensed Israeli tour guide who teaches the Word on location in the Holy Land. Yossi is also teaching a discipleship class at Calvary Chapel Tel Aviv, as well as the Shabbat message.
Prayer Request: Please pray for the members of Calvary Chapel Tel Aviv and Haifa to continue growing in their faith and to be used by the Lord to plant and water seeds here in the Land; for the discipleship efforts to bear much fruit; for guidance and blessings on the outreaches, especially the soup kitchen and the new facility in Tel Aviv; for God’s hand on Nahariyah and for Dima’s family to hear and be led by the Lord as we seek His heart for that part of the country; for the return of the hostages, healing for the wounded (both soldiers and civilians), comfort for those who are mourning, and help for the many families displaced by missiles from Iran as well as those in the Gaza envelope; for guidance for our leaders in government and for unity in the Spirit among believers.
