Celeste Yohai went home to be with the Lord a few days ago.
Celeste liked to call herself a musicianary. She served and resided in Amsterdam for over 30 years.

Here is how she described herself:
she serves “the church through her music and communication gifts. She is available and active with the worship team to lead worship, speaks regularly, and is involved in different outreaches to outreach areas. Although most of the ministry is in the church in Amsterdam north, she’s also available and open to other opportunities. In her neighborhood, she is involved in community projects as well as just helping neighbors any way she can; especially the elderly and sick as they are no longer able to care for their gardens.”

She had been feeling dizzy for some time but the doctors were not able to find out the cause. They were about to monitor her condition. According to her friend’s post on FB, she collapsed on her lawn on Monday and could not be revived.

Her memorial service will be on Sunday, June 28.
